  I have stayed here ten times. Coming every year for the past six years . I think the dinng area staff have gotten very slow and lazy! I have been here for eight days and nit once did a staff ask if I needed anything , the tables stay dirty too long which results in a guest cleaning it so they can have a table.

  Room wasnt clean so much, foods was terrible no variety, just one cheese in breakfast.beach was small limited swimming, you just walk on the sea no swiming.

  The variety of the restaurants and buffet choices. Personnel was very courteous but not always helpful.

  The electricity went out early every morning for about 20 - 30 minutes, causing us to reset clocks and no aircondition or lights in room. Also, the resort was always short of products or just didn't have any.

  Nice rooms, amazing beachfront

  The activities around the hotel could have been much better. The food was not nice at all in the main eating area - overboiled rice, little selection, very boring and no themes.

  The staff were friendly and polite and welcoming. I got a drink while waiting to check in.

  I didn't get the room that I reserved. I got an upgrade that cost me more than I had plan to spend.
